GhostGram is designed as a client-side, privacy-focused utility tool. The application does not operate any cloud servers, does not host user-generated content (UGC), and does not provide public message forums or content storage databases.GhostGram 是一款純本機端執行的隱私輔助工具。本應用程式不營運任何自建雲端伺服器、不託管使用者自製內容（UGC）、亦不提供公開留言板或社群內容資料庫。

Any web browsing performed through GhostGram accesses third-party social media platforms (specifically Instagram / Meta Platforms, Inc.) within a local, sandboxed WebView. Content displayed originates entirely from the respective service provider, which operates under its own strict terms of service and content moderation systems.使用者透過 GhostGram 瀏覽之所有社群內容，均是在本機沙盒 WebView 中直接存取第三方服務商（即 Instagram / Meta Platforms, Inc.）。所有呈現之內容皆源自該原廠平台，並受其嚴格之社群守則及審查機制管轄。

We strictly prohibit the use of our applications for any of the following activities:我們明令禁止使用者利用本應用程式從事以下任何行為：

• Uploading, transmitting, viewing, or distributing any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).上傳、傳輸、瀏覽或散布任何形式之兒少性虐待與性剝削影音或圖像資料（CSAM）。
• Engaging in child sexual grooming, exploitation, solicitation, or extortion.對未成年人進行誘拐（Grooming）、性剝削、索取私密影像或勒索等不法行徑。
• Facilitating or encouraging any harm or violation of children's safety and well-being.任何助長、唆使或危害兒童及青少年人身安全與身心健全之非法行徑。

Users who encounter any suspected child safety violations or abusive content have two immediate reporting channels:使用者若在應用程式中發現任何疑似涉及兒少安全之違規內容或可疑行徑，可透過以下兩種即時管道進行檢舉：

In full compliance with applicable child protection laws and Google Play Child Safety Standards, if we become aware of any actual or suspected CSAM or child exploitation on or involving our application:為落實相關兒童保護法律及 Google Play 兒童安全政策之規定，若我們獲悉或發現任何確切或疑似之兒少性虐待或剝削違法情事：

• We will immediately file a CyberTipline report with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).我們將立即向美國國家失蹤及被剝削兒童中心（NCMEC CyberTipline）提出通報。
• We will actively cooperate with local and international law enforcement agencies to assist in relevant investigations.我們將全力配合各國地方及國家司法警政主管機關，依法提供必要之協助以打擊違法犯罪。
