This Privacy Policy explains how Kai Liu ("we", "developer") handles your data across all of our Android applications (including Device Box, FocusNow, GhostGram, and future releases). We believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Zero Personal Data Collection零個人資料蒐集

We do not collect names, phone numbers, emails, passwords, location data, or device identifiers.我們絕不蒐集姓名、電話號碼、電子郵件、密碼、精確定位或裝置唯一識別碼（IMEI/MAC）。

All hardware metrics, timers, and application preferences are processed locally in real-time.所有裝置硬體數據、專注計時與個人偏好設定皆於您的手機內部運算，無任何雲端備份。

No Ads & No Trackers無廣告、零追蹤器

Device Box

What data is accessed: Device Box accesses real-time hardware status including CPU core frequency, RAM usage, internal storage capacity, battery temperature/health, and instantaneous network transfer speeds via official Android system APIs.讀取之資訊：Device Box 透過 Android 系統標準 API 即時讀取處理器頻率、記憶體負載、儲存容量、電池溫度/健康度以及即時網路傳輸流量。

Purpose of access: This information is strictly utilized for immediate rendering in the app UI, home screen widgets, and the dynamic status bar capsule. It is never logged to disk or sent across the network.存取目的：上述數據僅供應用介面、桌面小工具與狀態列微型膠囊進行即時圖形渲染呈現，絕不寫入持久日誌，更不會透過網路向外傳輸。

FocusNow

What data is accessed: User-customized focus timers, blacklist of blocked applications, and personal streak statistics.讀取之資訊：使用者自訂之專注時長、黑名單封鎖應用列表以及累計專注成就紀錄。

Usage Access / Overlay Permissions: When the app blocking feature is enabled, FocusNow utilizes Android Usage Stats or Accessibility APIs exclusively to identify whether a blacklisted application has come into the foreground during an active focus session. The package name check is performed locally within milliseconds and immediately discarded; no browsing history or usage timelines are collected or sent anywhere.使用情況存取權限：當您啟用強效防分心封鎖時，FocusNow 僅於專注計時進行期間，在手機本機即時比對當前前景應用程式之套件名稱。比對運算於數毫秒內在本地記憶體完成即釋放，絕不蒐集或上傳任何應用程式使用歷程、瀏覽記錄或隱私活動。

GhostGram

Local Sandboxed Client: GhostGram runs a local WebView sandbox. All web requests are communicated directly between your device and official Instagram servers via encrypted HTTPS.本機沙盒瀏覽：GhostGram 採用本機 WebView 沙盒架構，所有網路請求皆由您的裝置透過加密 HTTPS 直接與 Instagram 官方伺服器傳輸。

Zero Intermediary Servers: We do not operate any middle-tier servers, proxy gateways, or remote storage. Your login session, credentials, cookies, and chat contents remain strictly within your device's private app sandbox.零中繼伺服器：開發者不建置、不維運任何轉發代理伺服器。您的登入憑據、Cookie、瀏覽歷程與聊天內容完整封裝在 Android 本機私有沙盒中，外部完全無法窺視。

Children's Privacy Protection (COPPA / GDPR-K)兒童與青少年隱私保護規範

Our applications do not target children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). Because our applications do not collect any personal information from any user, we do not knowingly collect, store, or solicit personally identifiable information from children. We do not sell, trade, rent, or transfer any user data to outside parties. Our applications do not incorporate third-party advertising networks or tracking SDKs. Any network interactions that occur (e.g., loading web content within a sandboxed WebView) are subject directly to the privacy policy of that respective content provider (such as Meta / Instagram).我們絕不販售、交換、出租或向任何第三方機構分享任何使用者資訊。我們的各款應用皆未嵌入任何商業廣告網路或行為追蹤套件。任何應用內發生的連網互動（例如在 GhostGram 沙盒中瀏覽社群內容），均直接受該原廠內容提供商（如 Meta / Instagram）之隱私權政策規範。

Data Retention and Deletion資料保存與完全刪除權利

Because all application preferences, logs, and timer data are stored solely on your local device, no user data resides on remote servers. You have complete autonomy over your data:由於所有應用偏好、統計日誌與計時數據皆僅儲存在您本機裝置之內部記憶體中，遠端伺服器毫無保留任何紀錄。您享有完全自主的數據控制權：

  • Clear App Storage: Go to Android Settings → Apps → Select App → Storage → "Clear Data" to reset everything.清除應用資料：前往 Android「設定」→「應用程式」→ 選擇該應用 →「儲存空間」→ 點擊「清除資料」即可徹底重設。
  • Uninstall App: Uninstalling the application completely purges all sandbox databases and cached files from your device.解除安裝應用：直接解除安裝應用程式，系統將自動永久抹除該應用的所有私有資料庫與快取檔案。
